Manage My Property
     As a full-service property management company we will, on the owner’s behalf, collect the rent, pay the appropriate bills, and be on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If/when the unit becomes vacant we will inspect the property, make a list of what needs to be done to make the unit rent-ready, and, with the owners’ permission and funds,  have the work done by licensed vendors.

    Our standard is a one-year lease for the initial occupancy. Once a month we will provide the owners a set of reports showing all income and all expenses. These reports (and the accompanying check) will be put in the mail or deposited via ACH on or about  the 15th of each month, for all activity for the previous month. Each computer-generated report will have managers comments explaining any anomalies or unusual entries. Candor and good communications are very important to us and we strive for that with each client.
